Thai Boran

Thai cuisine originated centuries ago from those who emigrated from the southern Chinese provinces into what is now modern day Thailand. Historically there were many Szechwan influences in Thai food.
Currently there are four distinct styles of cooking in Thailand and Thai Boran incorporates all of them.
